Can you guarantee results?
Yes, if you are willing to cooperate. After assessing your situation, I will tell what to do. It’s up to you if you follow it or not. If you want to work with me, then I will guide your team through the process until we see our strategy working. If you decide to do it yourself or not to follow my suggestions then I won’t be able to help.
Are you managing ads or social media?
I do campaign setups and train the in-house marketing team how to manage those. I am happy to introduce excellent agencies or freelance social media / PPC managers if you want to have your day to day campaign management covered.
What is included in your fees?
Retainer fee clients pay for pro-active support focused on strategic planning and decision making, as well as project management to make sure that everything is implemented correctly. I am overseeing e-commerce stats to detect sub-optimal performance and opportunities for improvement. Quite often I help to interview new marketing employees and support DOSMs in other relevant ways.
It is like a friendly work partnership without any restrictions. Ad budget and subscriptions for 3rd party online tools are not included.
Why are your fees expensive?
This is what my clients are happy to pay. My fees are not negotiable. Everyone gets the same quotes and I give the same level of commitment to each and every client. In case you would like to negotiate, we can exclude certain elements of the service that you don’t need.
What further expenses can we expect while working with you?
You should have a decent advertising budget. Depending on your market, I normally suggest to allocate $2,000 - $5,000 monthly on online advertising. Subscribing to marketing tools and analytical software (OTA Insight, Revinate, etc) are highly recommended. Normally this will cost between $200 to $1,000 monthly.
If you are not ready to invest minimum $2,000 a month in your digital marketing then most likely we will not be able to work together.
What ROI can we expect from our investment?
Depending on your market, room rates and brand value, you can expect a 10x - 15x return on your digital marketing investment, including ad spend, software subscriptions and consulting fees. Clients with established brands who spend a lot on ads are having their ROI around 20x, making over $100,000 monthly with a very high profit.

I am in the 3rd group. There are two further differences between me and other consultants. First is that I am actively involved in the day-to-day marketing management of several highly successful hotels and travel companies so I know what works and what not. Second is that I take ownership of my projects and remain fully dedicated and committed to my clients, even in difficult situations.
Do you visit your clients? How do we work together?
Normally we work online, emailing with the team or doing occasional Skype meetings when there is a lot to discuss related to our projects. I like to visit my clients personally from time to time, at least 1-2 times a year but it depends on my travel schedule. Most of my clients invite me to visit them 1 time a year, covering all travel expenses. Arranging a visit 2-3 day visit and personal meeting is highly recommended at the beginning of a long term cooperation - to get familiar with each other and with the property itself.
